Dubai-Mubasher: National General Insurance Co. (NGI) said that its board recommended in its meeting on Monday a 10% cash dividend or 10 fils per share payout for the fiscal year 2015, totalling AED 15 million, according to a bourse filing.
The company’s capital amounted to AED 149.954 million, distributed on 149.954 million shares.
The annual general meeting will be held on 20 March to discuss the board’s recommendations.
